Position Title: Territory Resource Coordinator

Duration: 6 months contract - possibility of extension
Location: Work from home

Schedule: 40 hours per week/Available to work on weekends

Shift: 3pm to 11pm

We are looking for an individual with an administration and information technology background to join our team as a Territory Resource Coordinator/ IT Dispatcher

Duties include:

  • Answering questions from technicians and customers
  • Assign calls not pushed by the system
  • Resolve client and technician escalations
  • Create, monitor and book new calls
  • Monitor technician's schedules and provide updates
  • Complete reports as required
  • Other duties as required

Skills Required:

  • BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • A+ Certification
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Excellent decision-making skills, critical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
  • High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
