Duration: 6 months contract - possibility of extension
Location: Work from home
Schedule: 40 hours per week/Available to work on weekends
Shift: 3pm to 11pm
We are looking for an individual with an administration and information technology background to join our team as a Territory Resource Coordinator/ IT Dispatcher
Duties include:
- Answering questions from technicians and customers
- Assign calls not pushed by the system
- Resolve client and technician escalations
- Create, monitor and book new calls
- Monitor technician's schedules and provide updates
- Complete reports as required
- Other duties as required
Skills Required:
- BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- A+ Certification
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Excellent decision-making skills, critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
- High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
