Job Title: Staging/Deployment Technician (5 needed)

Position Requirements
- The technicians should be experienced in staging/imaging/domain join tasks, using MDT and SCCM, as well as Microsoft and Adobe, to fully prep PCs
- They will be part of a team of 5 who will be configuring 301 desktops and laptops and desktops
- 3 to 5 years service desk/deployment experience;
- Demonstrated experience triaging incidents related to Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Office 365,
- Demonstrated experience providing a high level of customer centric service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver a consistent level of customer service across the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to guiding principles of integrity, partnership and high performance
- Imaging software experience using SCCM and MDT
