Our client is looking for a Sales Support Cloud Specialist that will be working closely with the Sales Teams to develop net new pipeline and assist with closing sales by delivering the best solution for the customer, while maintaining profitability. 

Key Areas of Responsibility

•    Collaborate with the Partner and Product management, inside sales and field sales teams to build out a go to market strategy, deliver value prop and increase sales within target accounts
•    Consulting with sales team, providing renewal quotes, overcoming objections and adjusting proposal as required to ensure best solution is presented to the customer
•    Manage Churn of existing customers (Renewals) through renewing Software Assurance agreements & upselling/cross-selling new solutions.
•    Identify new business opportunities to grow pipeline
•    Follow-up on and qualify leads
•    Report pipeline and forecast to all stakeholder’s weekly
•    Provide monthly reporting of sales, wins, losses and sales inhibitors to your manager
•    Leverage partner and propensity lists to identify customer targets and liaison with sales to uncover opportunities with customers
•    Lead/assist Account Managers and Field Account Executives with customer telesales, regional events, and customer sales calls to help in closing business for client and Microsoft. Build market awareness of client and Microsoft through participation in local/regional industry events, organizations and affiliations.
•    3+ years’ experience in inside sales, field sales or equivalent
•    Technical aptitude for Microsoft products required
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills
