Job Title - Order Processing Administrator
Term: 12 months (Contract)
Location: Oakville, Ontario
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
- Refresh management – weekly
- Incident queue management and escalations from users – daily and a periodic reporting
- Loaner management (image, track, ship/receive) – must be technical enough to follow a repetitive process.
- Reporting & transparency for warranty and non-warranty repairs
- Process oriented, capable of documenting and even designing a process
- Assist as requested with various tasks – tasks will be related to activities described above.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude is a must
- MS Office tools knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of SharePoint in creating lists
- Knowledge of Excel VLOOKUP and pivots.
- Some knowledge of Service Now, desirable not necessary
