Job Title: Office Administrator

Type: Contract - 3 month (possibility of extension)

Location: Langley BC, V3A 5E8

Starts: As soon as possible

Work schedule: Initially the schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but after the first 3-4 weeks the schedule will switch to the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM. Once settled and properly trained, will be able to work from home.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Work closely with Territory Manger, Technicians and Dispatchers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong typing skills
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
