Position: Mid Level Business Dev. Mgr. - Toronto GTA 
Start date - Nov 22/21 or sooner
Salary - Min $55k to $65K
Bonus/Comp - can earn up to $130k yearly
Experience: previous sales/service sales experience Min 3 yrs.
Working Hours 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) 9am to 5pm
Working Conditions- In Office 2x/week.- Not Mandatory

The overall objective for this sales role is to identify new business opportunities and maximize new business revenue growth for the Company.
Reporting to the GM Business Development - Americas, you will respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, build a strategic territory plan to outbound to prospective customers, and work with closely with Business Development team members to identify and create new sales opportunities, leveraging our strong and growing customer base.
You will be responsible for educating new leads as to the nature and quality of company's products and services, and how we can help meet their accessibility needs. You will also be responsible for effectively moving prospective customers through an end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to conducting effective needs analysis, presenting solutions, and successfully handing off new customers to Services.
You are the contact point for company's new customers and are required to proactively contact new and prospective customers on a regular basis in order to ensure they are happy with our services and to identify areas we can provide further support. You will need to build and maintain meaningful relationships with new customers so they can be transferred to the Key Accounts team to manage long term.
