Position: L4 Desktop Technician - Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 2 Months contract
End Date: Dec 4, 2020
Schedule/ Times: 7 AM to 8 PM EST coverage, final schedule TBD
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hardware, software (Windows 7/10), end user support experience
- MS Office 365 install, migration and back up
- MS Office/ Win 10 install & migration
- Desktop configuration/ trouble-shooting
- Data back-up and restore
- Be the lead point of contact for others techs in the team
- Oversee a group of 3 to 5 techs at any one time, manage and direct
- Ability to help and support a remote new user from start up
- Previous remote support and help desk experience
- Professional, polite and a good listener
- Needs to be able to work in a quiet and professional home office setting
- Previous experience in supporting clients remotely
- Previous call center experience is a good to have
- Ability to answer, direct and manage "how to questions" from the techs & end users being supported.
