  • English speaking remote technician
  • MS Office 365 install, migration and back up
  • Provide direction and guidance to other team members as needed
  • 5+ years of hardware, software (Windows 7/10), end user support experience
  • Ability to help and support a remote new user from start up
  • Tech savy and  ability to work remote
  • Speak and communicate clearly with end users
  • Previous remote support and help desk experience
  • Professional, polite and a good listener
  • Needs to be able to work in a quiet and professional home office setting
  • Bilingual - french is an asset
