Skills Required
- English speaking remote technician
- MS Office 365 install, migration and back up
- Provide direction and guidance to other team members as needed
- 5+ years of hardware, software (Windows 7/10), end user support experience
- Ability to help and support a remote new user from start up
- Tech savy and ability to work remote
- Speak and communicate clearly with end users
- Previous remote support and help desk experience
- Professional, polite and a good listener
- Needs to be able to work in a quiet and professional home office setting
- Bilingual - french is an asset
