Required Skills:
- MS Office/Win 10 install & migration
- Desktop configuration/trouble-shooting
- Data back-up and restore
- Oversee a group of 3 to 5 techs at any one time, manage and direct
- Ability and experience in working remotely
- Requires an in home quiet office setting, professional in nature
- Previous experience in supporting clients remotely
- Previous call center experience is a good to have
- Ability to answer, direct and manage" how to questions" from the techs & end users being supported.
- Ability to manage and handle deployment of 40 users per day
- Plan on supporting approx 200 new users at any one time
- Plan calls for techs to go on site for deployment once Covid 19 restrictions are lifted.
