Position: L3 Desktop Technician
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Start date: July 24 2020
End Date: Nov 30 2020
Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule/Times 7am to 8pm coverage, final schedule TBD

Summary:

The technicians will be manning a tier 1 support desk helping remote deployment users with data migration (which is accomplished by scripts and OneDrive) and assisting with how to questions and issues with workstations within a week of deployment schedule.  Users will be across Canada. Tech will be supporting the workstations but application issues and environmental (e.g. password) issues will be escalated to Tier 2.


Skills Required:
  • MS Office 365 install, migration and back up
  • Win 10 migration from Win 7 and trouble-shooting
  • Ability to help and support a remote new user from start up
  • Tech savy and  ability to work remote
  • Speak and communicate clearly with end users
  • Previous remote support and help desk experience
  • Professional, polite and a good listener
  • Needs to be able to work in a quiet and professional home office setting
