Job Title:                 Junior Bilingual IT Project Coordinator

Duration:                      9 month Contract  

Start:                             March 2019

Location:                     Markham, Ontario L3R 0J2

Schedule:                     8am to 4pm – 40 hrs per week


Overview:       

Our client is looking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to help coordinate a laptop deployment project of 2000+ devices in their Markham Office. This is a 9 month contract with the possibility of an extension. 

Responsibilities:

Creating and updating master track sheet for Win 10 deployment

Sending bulk passwords to Insight daily

Calling users to obtain sign off on Win 10 deployment

Calling users to request the return of old laptops

Creating tickets in LANDesk for post-migration issues for tracking purposes and assigning to accurate support teams for resolution

Providing a weekly report to leadership team on signed-off users and post-migration issues and progress

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/French)

Solid computer troubleshooting skills relative to Windows 2007/2010, MS Outlook/O365, Network Connectivity, and Computer Hardware

Previous experience working on Windows deployment an asset

Knowledge of Service Desk metrics and KPI’s an asset

Exceptional customer service and customer focus is a must

Ability to multitask (update tickets and talk on phone)

Must be organized and have attention to detail

Must be efficient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
