Job Title: Inside Service Coordinator
Duration: 12 month Contract
Start: April 2019
Location: Highway 7 & Highway 27, Vaughan, Ontario
Schedule: 9am to 5pm – 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking a Inside Service Coordinator to provide support to the Sales team, organizing deliverables and scheduling service calls on daily basis.
Preparation of monthly Preventative Maintenance schedules
Schedule Cooling, UPS Power systems, Fire, Room Cleaning, Thermo-scans, Generator service calls
Follow up/Obtain missing service paperwork/reports from supplier and contractors
Review completed work orders for completeness, work summaries, labour and client signatures.
Acquiring any missing information and/or close for further reconciliation.
Coordinate the completion of scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance work through field technicians and sub-contractors to meet service quality and responsiveness targets.
Move/manage all reports to customer files on server
Obtain supplier pricing and prepare service quotes
Must have skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge in either HVAC, cooling systems, generators, power units, data centers, server rooms and UPS.
Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and support team members Strong interpersonal skills supporting team members and management goals Diligent at follow up as required to secure client satisfaction
Detailed oriented and efficient in client communications
