Job Title: Helpdesk Support Technician

Duration: 1 Month Contract 

Address:  New York, NY 10001, USA

Start: ASAP - aiming for June 1st 

Ending: June 28th 2019

1 month contract ending June 28th.  

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to end user issues through ticketing system 
  • Provide 2nd level helpdesk support to end users
  • Will be done remotely from provided workstations and also at the users desk in when required. 
  • Troubleshoot end user issues
  • Perform basic LAN and inter networking related activities
  • Handle software installation/support/upgrades
  • Provide 2nd level Help Desk support

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • Have at 1 -2 years of field service experience in a help desk or desk side support
  • Office 365, Win 7 -10 experience needed  
  • Have at 1- 2 years of desk side support experience
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Have strong inter networking and troubleshooting skills 
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to work flexible work schedules
  • Must have a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized IT program
