- Require MS Windows 10 experience
- Experience working closely with end users
- Assigning IP addresses
- Resolving print issues
- Resolving connectivity issues
- Resolving minor end user desktop related issues
- Ability to communicate and work with end users
- Bilingual - french
- Professional and pleasant in an office environment
- Escalate to help desk for other larger technical issues
