Experience:  requires 2 years of previous experience

  • Require MS Windows 10 experience
  • Experience working closely with end users 
  • Assigning IP addresses
  • Resolving print issues
  • Resolving connectivity issues
  • Resolving minor end user desktop related issues 
  • Ability to communicate and work with end users
  • Bilingual - french
  • Professional and pleasant in an office environment
  • Escalate to help desk for other larger technical issues
