Title: IT Deskside Support Technician

Start Date: November 1st, 2021

Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm

*Candidate must be fully vaccinated*

Job Description:

  • 2+ years of deskside and help desk experience
  • 3+ years of hardware installations, deployment, imaging and repairs
  • Service Now Ticketing System or equivalent
  • SCCM knowledge and imaging using SCCM
  • Knowledge of warehouse hardware support is an asset (PDT’s, VMU’)
  • Basic networking skills
  • Mobile telephony working knowledge for both Iphone, Android, Sonim
  • Good troubleshooting skills for various hardware and telephony
  • Ability to prioritize activities based on criteria
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Team player


  • Must have a car to travel between warehouses and the office (maximum 10 km per trip)
  • Must have a pair of safety shoes in order to work in warehouse environments
