Pay Rate: $30.00/hr 

Bill Rate: $45.00/hr

Job Description

FE will provide EUC Deskside support at clients’ office location for up to 8 weeks.

• FE will provide support on-site for at least 24 hours a week.

• FE has experience with (but is not limited to) the following:

o Workstation support o Inventory management

o New device set up

o Device upgrades

o General deskside support

This location is an office space and our engineer will be reporting to the onsite IT manager.

To verify that it would be the same engineer for the entire duration of the project, the engineer who would be fulfilling this role would be able to attend the training session early in the year.

Client is flexible on the schedule, as long as the engineer works 24hrs/week. Most likely will be 3-day 8hr shifts per week, but again client is flexible. Once we have confirmation, they can discuss what schedule they want to set up with the end user.
