Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator
Duration: 6 months contract (possibility of conversion into permanent)
Location: Concord, ON L4K 1M1
Start Date: Feb 25th, 2021
Shift timing: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Job Details:
- Tasks to include answering customer calls, logging tickets, dispatching technicians, ordering parts, and customer service
- Answering questions from Technicians and Customers
- Resolve client and technician escalations.
- Create, Monitor and book new calls
- Monitor technician's schedules and provide updates
- Complete reports as required
- Other duties as required
Required Skills:
- 0-2 years working experience in the field of IT preferably in a Service Desk environment
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a customer service/technical support environment is a nice to have
- Ability to communicate verbal and written information in a clear, friendly, detailed and informative manner
- Experience with Windows operating systems (7 and 10)
- Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). as well as Office 365
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy Service Desk environment
- Committed to expanding technical knowledge and skills while growing within the role
- Customer interaction and communication skills in a support environment are required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated problem assessment skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Experience installing and troubleshooting printers is a nice to have
