This position will work to:

-Create and maintain a 5 year IT strategy

-Facilitate creation of a baseline inventory

-Creation of financial estimates and schedules

-Perform research on vendor supportability

-Manage communications with multiple IT groups

 

Qualifications:


-10+ years experience in Business Analysis supporting IT initiatives

-5+ years experience with application implementation projects

-Extensive experience with application development methodology

-Extensive experience with Energy utility business processes, particularly with focus on Transmission and Distribution Operating

-Experience in business process design and change management

-Experience managing IT based project activities

-Experience with Project Management methodologies

-Experience with all phases of SDLC

-Extensive experience in phases of SDLC for which the Business Analyst has direct or indirect responsibility

-Proven ability to set priorities and manage work to those priorities

-Proven ability to meet deadlines

-Ability to problem solve

-Ability to liaise effectively with both Business and IT stakeholders
