Job Title: Bilingual Operations Coordinator 

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday/ 7am-4pm

Job Description 
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that customers needs are being met and that the Sales Team has adequate support. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing profitability and growing revenue by coordinating day-to-day operations, including dispatch, service calls and vendor management.

Main Duties
This position is responsible for the following functions/tasks:

  • Daily dispatch to ensure timely deliveries for scheduled items

  • Coordinating service calls and ensuring that all parties (Customers and Account Managers) are kept up to date

  • Vendor/supplier management

  • Maintain and expand vendor database and vendor relations

  • Work closely with the Operations Team on a day to day basis

Specifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma.

  • Spoken: French and English (fluent in both)

  • Written: French and English

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure

  • Proficient in technology and general office equipment
