JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a leader in their field, has an immediate need for a Bilingual Junior Project Administrator to join their team in Markham. If you have previous customer service experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Contact users via phone or email to reset passwords
- Coordinate hardware distribution
- Open/update/close incident and request tickets in ticketing tool
- Proactively follow-up on outstanding issues with users
Requirements:
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
